It starts with a telephone screening or an introductory meeting to briefly discuss the reason for seeking help and some practical matters. If it seems like a good fit, we will schedule an intake session.

For insured care, a valid referral letter from the general practitioner is required, with a date before the intake interview, AGB code, possible diagnosis and signature of the general practitioner.

The intake usually consists of 2 to 3 conversations to clarify the request for help. In the consultation, we will discuss my findings and treatment proposal. If my help is appropriate, we will start; otherwise, I will refer you to a suitable alternative.

Waiting times

There is no waiting list. If you are interested in help, it is always possible to contact us. I can then immediately indicate whether there is room for a new trajectory at that moment, or give an estimate of the next available moment.

“Psychotherapy is not a healing process in the traditional sense, but an opportunity for individuals to transform the way they interpret and respond to their problems, thereby changing their experience of the world.”
